The groundbreaking ceremony for the intelligent manufacturing base of Changzhou Huajian Pharm Pack Material Co.,Ltd Materials Co., Ltd. and the company’s 20th-anniversary celebration were successfully held!

The principal leaders of the Wujin District Government of Changzhou City, leading officials from the District Development and Reform Commission, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Housing and Urban–Rural Development Bureau, the Investment Promotion Agency, and the Xitaihu Economic Development Zone, along with Group President Mr. Wang Peiyu, Group CFO Mr. Li Zhijun, Huajian Company General Manager Ms. Gu Suojuan, selected customer representatives, and specially invited guests, attended and witnessed the groundbreaking ceremony.

Following this, leaders at all levels and distinguished guests jointly wielded golden shovels to lay the foundation and begin earth‑moving for the project. Moments later, fireworks burst into brilliant displays, ceremonial cannons roared in unison, construction vehicles sounded their horns as they dug, and thunderous applause filled the air—bringing the ceremony to a rousing climax. The groundbreaking ceremony for the Huajian Pharmaceutical Packaging Intelligent Manufacturing Project was a resounding success. This triumphant event marks the beginning of a new chapter in Huajian Pharmaceutical Packaging’s industrial development following its integration into the Shantou Dongfeng Group family, giving wings to an explosive growth trajectory for its future business.

According to reports, the project is expected to require a total investment of RMB 500 million and will be implemented over approximately two years. Once it reaches full production capacity, it will achieve an annual output of 20,000 tons of pharmaceutical packaging materials, functional films, and related products, generating RMB 450 million in annual sales revenue and contributing RMB 25 million in tax payments. Meanwhile, by establishing a state-of-the-art R&D and manufacturing complex along with intelligent production lines, Huajian Pharmaceutical Packaging aims to spearhead technological innovation in the pharmaceutical soft‑packaging industry, producing high-barrier composite materials that meet the stringent requirements of leading domestic and international pharmaceutical companies, and striving to achieve domestic substitution for certain core materials.

At 4:00 p.m. that same day, the HuaJian Pharmaceutical Packaging 20th Anniversary Celebration and Birthday Gala, themed “An Extraordinary Two Decades: Growth, Integration, and Soaring,” was grandly held at the Renaissance Changzhou Hotel. The ceremony looked back on HuaJian Pharmaceutical Packaging’s remarkable journey over the past twenty years—its transformation from a small enterprise into a robust, industry‑leading company.
