1. HDPE/PP Bottle Workshop:

Most of the HDPE blow‑molding machines we develop are imported from overseas sources such as Germany, Italy, and Japan (including Toshiba and Kawada), and are equipped with vision systems to ensure a 100% pass rate. We can produce up to 250 million PE bottles annually.

2. PET Bottle Workshop:

Most of the PET blow‑molding machines we develop are imported from overseas sources such as Germany, Italy, and Japan (including Toshiba and Kawada), and they are equipped with vision systems to ensure a 100% pass rate. We can produce up to 200 million PE bottles annually.

3. Capping Workshop:

The company has introduced more than 60 advanced pieces of equipment from both domestic and international sources, including a Toshiba injection molding unit from Japan, one of ten blow-molding machines, a fully automatic capping machine, and capping equipment. All equipment is installed and arranged in a highly rational and standardized manner, effectively minimizing the risk of product contamination. Furthermore, all production processes are carried out within a Class D cleanroom, ensuring robust hygiene standards.

4. PVC Workshop:

Our company’s three 6‑roll PVC film production lines are all equipped with vision systems, delivering a daily output of 60 tons and a monthly capacity of 1,800 tons, thereby ensuring robust supply capabilities and a 100% first‑pass yield.

Laboratory:

Most high‑performance inspection machines are imported from overseas, and our inspection personnel are highly trained, ensuring that our in‑house inspection capability reaches 100%.

1. Before placing a larger order, how can we obtain samples to test the quality?

If the buyer is willing to cover the shipping costs or share their TNT or DHL account for sample delivery, all samples will be provided free of charge for machine testing or quality inspection.

Of course, but if you’d like to prepay for the module, we’ll need to activate a new module.

3. Can you manufacture the bottles according to our design?

4. What is the standard lead time?

You will receive it 2–4 days after the initial payment or full payment, and if stock is available; otherwise, please allow 15–25 days after deposit or full payment for inspection, should no stock be available.

5. What are your shipping terms?

1) For samples or small trial orders, shipment is arranged via international express carriers such as DHL, TNT, FedEx, and UPS.
